Your Professional Self-Adhesive Labels Manufacturer
Self-adhesive label also called Pressure sensitive label. It is sounds simple and used everywhere. But, the material, adhesive, liner, printing method — every details may influence the performance while labeling on your product or packages. How it acts on your production line, shipping on the way or on the shelf may concerned.
At Leadon, we manufacture a wide range of self-adhesive labels in different finished formats and used in different type of printers for secondary printing. For example, A4 sheets for office printing, or TTR for various information traceability system, or just roll labels for automatic dispensing lines. It covers logistics, warehousing, retail, food packaging, healthcare, 3C equipment, manufacturing and more.
We have hundreds of standard sizes for regular materials. Thermal paper, semigloss paper, synthetic paper(matt PP), thermal synthetic paper, uncoated paper. But we not only sell labels by those standard spec, we check your printer type, labeling speed, substrate surface, temperature range, then match the right facestock and adhesive. Your needs may be different, some need cost-effective everyday labels, others need high-adhesion or freezer-grade for challenging applications. Both should be cared. Leadon can suggest you proper material and customize it for you!
We have several coating lines, flexo, offset and UV inkjet presses, high-speed rotary die-cutting center, which can ensure high quality and stable capacity. Standard sizes in stock support delivery immediately, and custom labels can be produced in short lead times.
Self-Adhesive Labels By Printing Types
While the label secondary printed by printers, it requires different face-stock, the face material is designed by different coating.

Cost-effective solution for short-life labeling. Clear imaging without ribbon. Widely used in retail and logistics.

Use top-coated thermal paper or thermal synthetic paper as the face material, if combine with freezer-grade or high-adhesion adhesive, used in cold chain or rough surface labeling.

It requires ribbon but the information is more durable and better resistance to abrasion, temperature and chemicals.

The colored labels are used to distinguish different types of goods and products. It is commonly used in scenarios such as warehouses and tea or cafe shops.

Heat-resistant surface, stable feeding without adhesive bleeding in laser printers. Paper, synthetic paper and PET face materials combined with CCK liner are available.

Face material choose uncoated paper or special coating film material for water-based or UV inkjet ink. Roll or sheet labels is available.
Product By Formats
The label formats depends on what your printer type used for secondary printing and how you dispense it.
Blank Roll LabelsThe most common format. Suitable for thermal printers and automatic labeling machines. Core sizes, roll diameter, winding direction — all could be customized.
Fanfold LabelsIdeal for logistics and warehouse printing environments. Continuous feeding, easy stacking, and no roll-change downtime.
Sheet LabelsDesigned for laser and inkjet office printers. More flexible for small business, retail operations such as shoes and garment industry.
Custom LabelsWe can customize label stickers combined with different materials, different printing methods and irregular die-cutting designs based on your actual labeling demands.
Customize Your Self-Adhesive Labels
At Leadon, customization isn’t just about changing the size. It’s about making sure the label actually works in your environment. We help you choose the right facestock – semigloss paper, thermal paper, synthetic paper, PP film, PET film, or other materials – depending on durability, moisture, and budget. Then comes adhesive selection. Permanent? Removable? High-tack for rough carton boxes? Low surface energy plastics like PE or PP? These details effect more than most people expect.
We can choose different liners as well. Glassine liner with different colors (white \blue \yellow) , different thickness (50g\ 60g\ 80g\ 100g) for automatic labeling, and printers detection. CCK liners for sheet labels if rigidity or dimension stability is required. Core size, roll diameter, gap, perforation, black marks – all can be designed to match your printer and labeling machine.
Adhesion, print clarity, die-cut accuracy, release performance will be tested for the labels that stop your production line costs far more than the label itself.

Company Advantage
We really care about what customer and end-user cares. Apart label itself, some are concerned about the supply security, some are concerned about product certifications. Leadon can put your mind at ease.
Adhesive coating lines are maintained strict quality control across material sourcing and production processes. Flexo presses handle large-volume orders, UV inkjet presses support short runs and variable data jobs. The daily capacity of “jumbo to roll labels” rotary die-cutting centers exceeds 200,000 ㎡.
For applications involving food packaging or regulated industries, we can provide adhesive and material aligned with RoHS, FDA, REACH and GB5806. Paper materials are FSC certificates. Our production management follows ISO9001 standards.
It depends on five points at least: your printer type, substrate type, labeling and application temperature, durability requirement, and whether it’s manual or automatic labeling. Share those details, and we’ll narrow it down properly.
Direct thermal labels don’t need ribbon, usually used for short-term applications like shipping labels. Thermal transfer labels use ribbon, but the print lasts longer and resists abrasion, heat and chemicals better.
Absolutely. Leadon Label is professional in adhesive coating as well. We have a lots of experience to help customers to choose material combinations to match their real demands. We’ve do experiments to check qualified adhesive based on certain applications, not just by TDS.
