Your Professional PET Labels Manufacturer
In some application cases, customers require high-end durable materials that are suitable for withstanding high temperature, durability, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability. PET materials are always the first choice for such demands.
Unlike ordinary material manufacturers, who only produce large quantities of standard products, Leadon Label has 16 years of experience in customizing products. Our laboratory will conduct a large number of tests based on the durability scenarios provided by the customers and the substrates to be applied. We have many stories about the research and development of PET label materials, and from these we have drawn lessons to tailor the appropriate materials for our customers.
We have several coating machines, which are suitable for applying different types of glues. The minimum order quantity is only around 1,000 square meters, which is beyond the reach of most self-adhesive material manufacturers and printing factories. We can offer a one-stop solution.

Customize Your Self-Adhesive Labels
At Leadon, we have many stories about customization labels. We have stable PET standard materials, but we can also customize and develop label materials that match your specific application to the final label products. The PET surface materials are available in colors such as 25 micron bright white PET, 25 micron transparent PET, 50 micron bright white PET, 50 micron transparent PET, 50 micron matt white PET, 75 micron bright white PET, 75 micron transparent PET.

Why Choose Leadon PET Labels
The advantage of Leadon Label lies in its understanding of material application and processing performance. Not only do we produce the materials ourselves, but we also manufacture the labels.
The durability of the PET Labels is mainly related to the PET itself and the adhesive property, but the coating on the surface is also important. At the beginning of the product design, we will discuss with the customers the final printing and printing schemes. For example: For the requirement of resistance to alcohol, we need to consider the coating of the PET surface material, the glue, and the recommended matching of carbon tape; if it is UV inkjet or water-based inkjet, then we also need to consider the special top-coating from supplier. There are still some PET materials for which we even need to consider applying the coating on both sides.
The selection of PET Label materials should be done in advance based on the application, even before considering the converting processing. In some application scenarios, we will use thinner PET materials, such as cable labels, tire labels, and small-diameter labels. However, different glue formulations need to be matched as well. For example, the cable label uses a heat-resistant and highly cohesive acrylic glue; the tire glue requires a special glue for adhering to rubber and rough surfaces, and the coating weight will vary according to the texture of the tire tread; for small-diameter materials like pen tubes, stronger adhesive and a suitable weight need to be matched.
White PET is usually chosen when strong opacity, barcode contrast, or a solid printable background is needed. Clear PET is more suitable when packaging appearance matters, especially for transparent containers or premium products. The right option depends on both visual design and actual application conditions.
Thinner PET, such as 19um, 23um, or 25um, works well when a lower-profile label construction is preferred. Thicker options like 50um or 75um usually offer better stiffness, handling, and durability. The best thickness depends on printing, dispensing, surface shape, and end-use environment.
Yes, but the surface treatment must match the print technology. Some PET constructions are developed for digital printing, while others are better for conventional methods or inkjet. We usually recommend the material based on your printer type, ink or toner system, and required print performance.
Yes. This is a key part of our service. We review the labeled surface, storage condition, contact environment, and labeling method before recommending adhesive options. A PET label may look fine at first, but wrong adhesive selection can lead to lifting, edge failure, or poor long-term bonding.
