Your Professional PP Labels Manufacturer
PP labels are the category with the largest usage volume apart from paper. Besides the specific PP film material known as synthetic paper, they are distinguished by the presence of a special matte white printing coating on their surface. Most of the other PP type label materials have standard thickness and appearance specifications. The applications to which each material is suitable are also quite different.
According to the labeling requirements of customers, Leadon Label can offer standard film products, and also provide customized products that match different types of adhesive types and formulations as per application needs. Our product catalogue contains a wide variety of PP film products. Among these products, some customized ones have been satisfied by our customers, and they also highly appreciate our ability to customize.

Customize Your Self-Adhesive Labels
At Leadon, all PP materials could be laminated with adhesive and liners. But it is not simply combined. We have a complete evaluation process. For example, one of our clients needs labels to stick on seafood trays, and the application temperature is around -18 ℃, but the labeling temperature is under room temperature. However, on summer days, there is a heavier condensation on the surface of the trays because of temperature difference. After analyzing the application process, we suggest a freezer-grade adhesive and a higher coating weight than normal for the adhesive to wet the limitless contact area better. We have a material sample pool available for these combinations. Then we test the label material based on the customer’s substrate sample.
After that, a small trial started. Then, every detail would be confirmed again on the customer’s site. Sometimes we can provide two or more options for testing. Everything goes smoothly with our experiences and practical test all the way.

Company Advantage
Our team was extremely meticulous and rigorous when designing the materials. Below cases for your information.
Not every PP label is made from the same face material. There are different visual appearances and physical performances. Some cases indicate that 50 micron clear PP with a PET liner is better for high-speed dispensing for beverage bottles, and it can make a no-label-look effect. It is also called a clear-on-clear label. For extruded PP, its temperature resistance and soft character, combined with a UV-cured acrylic adhesive, can make it pass the applicatoin for sterilization of medical devices. We always keep the application in mind when designing label materials.
The same as PP face material, each adhesive behaves differently. When we introduce a new adhesive, we will conduct enough research on it. If it is a removable adhesive, it should be bonded very tightly with the face material; no adhesive residual is allowed. Many face materials will be arranged to be laminated with it. And then test adhesion on stainless steel, on glass, on actual substrates such as wet-wipes packages and furniture panels, and put it into strict aging test environments. Our team will draw the final results based on complicated lab tests. Moreover, clients will help us test it too. Ultimately, based on our successful experiences, we selected the best combination.
PP label materials are commonly used in beverages, cosmetics, personal care, food packaging, household chemicals, retail products, logistics labels, and selected refrigerated or moisture-prone environments. The exact PP type depends on both the application and the desired visual result.
Many of them are, but the right choice depends on your machine setup, label size, dispensing speed, roll configuration, and surface condition. For automatic labeling, stiffness, release performance, die-cut quality, and adhesive balance all matter, so we usually recommend by project rather than by film name alone.
Yes. LEADON LABEL supplies Self-adhesive PP Film as label material rolls, and we can also convert it into finished labels in rolls, sheets, or custom die-cut formats. Many buyers prefer this because it simplifies sourcing and improves coordination.
