Your Professional Synthetic Paper Labels Manufacturer
If you are looking for a label material that have better performance but as cost-effective as paper label material, synthetic paper label materials is the best choice. What’s more, you usually need more than just a facestock, also something that prints well, converts smoothly, sticks properly, and stays stable in real use. That’s where LEADON LABEL fits in. We manufacture from adhesive coating to slitting and label converting, so you are not dealing with disconnected suppliers or vague technical answers. Our synthetic paper label materials are available in 54 micron, 75 micron, 100 micron, and 75 micron thermal synthetic options, with water-based adhesive, hot melt adhesive, and UV adhesive systems. Glassine liner and CCK or PEK thick liner choices are also available depending on printing, die-cutting, and labeling needs. For traders, converters, and end users, this means easier sourcing, more predictable performance, and much less trial-and-error. In a word, we help you buy the right material, not just any material.

What Is Synthetic Paper Made Of?
Synthetic paper label material is not paper in the usual sense. Its base is typically PP film, so the material naturally handles water better, resists tearing, and stays more stable than ordinary paper labels. That is why it shows up so often in barcode labels, logistics stickers, carton labels, and other jobs where plain paper can feel a bit flimsy.
What makes synthetic paper different is the surface treatment.
A matte white synthetic paper usually has a printable top coating that gives it a softer paper-like look and better print performance. A thermal synthetic paper, on the other hand, uses a heat-sensitive coating, so it can image directly under a thermal printhead without ribbon. Another synthetic paper for UV-inkjet printing, coated with a special layer that can adapt to UV inks. Same family, different top layer, different job. In real use, that surface coating matters a lot — sometimes even more than the base film itself.

Company Advantage for Synthetic Paper Labels
Buying label material is never only about “can it stick.” Serious buyers care about printing compatibility, die-cutting performance, storage stability, and compliance too.
Our synthetic paper label materials are not limited to one standard specification. We offer 54μm, 75μm, 100μm facestock options, plus 75μm thermal synthetic material, and we can match them with different adhesives and liners based on use conditions. Some customers need better flexibility. Some need more stiffness. Some care about dispensing speed, some about moisture resistance, and some about print definition. That is why we keep both standard choices and custom development capability. In real projects, that combination is much more useful than having only a long catalog.
Our synthetic paper label materials are widely used in retail labeling, warehouse management, logistics identification, industrial product marking, cold environment labeling, and packaging that needs better tear resistance than ordinary paper. For chain supermarkets, they help improve readability and handling. For cold chain logistics, they offer better resistance to moisture and surface damage. For large manufacturers and system integrators, they support more reliable printing, dispensing, and automatic labeling. This section can be designed with application tiles so buyers can quickly locate where they fit.
Yes. We offer water-based adhesive, hot-melt adhesive, and UV adhesive options. The right choice depends on substrates’ surface type, application temperature, labeling speed, and storage conditions. If you share the real use scenario, we can usually narrow the adhesive recommendation quite quickly.
We can provide different liner structures with different release force, including glassine liner, clear PET liner and thick CCK or PEK liner options. Liner choice affects die-cutting, dispensing, automatic labeling, and sheet or roll handling. For some applications, a thicker liner can improve stability; for others, standard glassine is more practical and cost-effective, clear PET liner is better for high-speed dispensing system.
Because we work across coating, slitting, and converting, we can control more of the process internally. That helps improve consistency from batch to batch. For repeat business, we also standardize key specifications so the approved synthetic paper label materials can be re-ordered with less variation and fewer surprises.
Our customers include chain retailers, cold chain logistics companies, large manufacturers, label traders, converters, and system integrators. Some buy standard synthetic paper label materials in volume, while others need custom-built solutions for printing compatibility, special adhesive performance, or integrated label supply.
